Facebook has become a problem as many are spreading rumours and propaganda through it, cabinet sources quoted the PM as saying. Somalia’s Islamic extremist rebels claimed responsibility for the first suicide car bomb blast that that killed four people when it exploded near the gate of a military base in Afgoye town, 30 kilometers (18 miles) northwest of Mogadishu.
